Come join us on Wednesday at 6:30 at Gloucester County College to watch a presentation by LiNK. There will be free korean food, the staff of Kotoricon, and a Korean comedian as well as LiNK’s documentary. We will be presenting LiNK with a $1,000 donation from Kotoricon.

LiNK is an Organization that assists refugees from North Korea, giving them support and help resettling. The film they will be showing us is Danny from North Korea. “Every year thousands of North Koreans make the dangerous journey across the border to escape oppression and poverty. In March of 2005, Danny was one of them. Danny crossed into China and escaped a life of indoctrination, routine public executions, and starvation. As Danny traveled, he saw a world he never knew existed. A world where movement was not monitored by the government, information was readily available, and most importantly at the time, there was enough food to fill his empty belly.

RSVP here.
Afterwards Avylon will be hosting a Soul Caliber V game tournament.

# Kotoricon # Kotoricon 2014

Thank you, attendees!

We just want to give you all a big thanks for another fantastic year at Kotoricon. None of us expected the convention to grow so much from last year to this one—over 1,000 attendees! Jeez guys. We’ll have to get more badges next year.

Our myriad of fans support this convention—anime fans, homestuck fans, Whovians, bronies, gamers, etc. Thank you all for having big hearts. We know these fandoms don’t always get along; we know things can get tense. We’re the little anime con with the big heart. We love all of you equally and we’re pleased to see our attendees feel the same.

We’re already psyched for seeing you all again next year. We survived the zombie apocalypse this year, are you all ready to fight some dragons next year in a fantasy themed Kotoricon?

Kotoricon had an article done in the NJ Times. Look through their photos—you might find yourself.

It’s online over here.
